If you are under 18 years old, you are required to have explicit permission from your parent or legal guardian to access and utilize the services. Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities. As between you and OpenAI, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain your ownership rights in the Input you provide to the services. However, this ownership does not extend to similar output generated by other users or any Third-Party Output integrated into the services.

Yes, OpenAI may use your Content (both Input and Output) to provide, maintain, develop, and improve its services, including for model training. If you breach OpenAI's Terms of Use or Usage Policies, or if your use of the services could cause risk or harm to OpenAI, its users, or others, OpenAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to its services or delete your account. Termination may also occur to comply with legal requirements or if an unpaid account remains inactive for over a year (with advance notice).
